On September 19, 2022, a safety accident occurred in Puxian Wanjiazhuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd., a Shanxi Coal Import and Export Group affiliated to Shanxi Coking Coal Group. According to the Notice of the General Office of Shanxi Provincial People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on Further Strengthening Coal Mine Safety Production (No.34 [2012] of Jin Zhengban Fa), we hereby make the following decision:
1. Order Shanxi Coal Import and Export Group Puxian Wanjiazhuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. to stop production and rectify according to regulations from now on. Your bureau is responsible for the implementation, and more than 2 personnel are stationed on the spot to supervise the rectification of the mine. During the rectification, it is strictly forbidden to engage in underground mining operations.
Two, cancel the Shanxi Coal Import and Export Group Puxian Wanjiazhuang Coal Industry Co., Ltd. secondary standardization level.
Three, to strengthen the safety management during the rectification period, to ensure safety.
4. After the rectification, organize the resumption of production acceptance according to the Notice of the General Office of Shanxi Provincial People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Management Measures for the Recovery and Reconstruction of Coal Mines in Shanxi Province (Jin Zheng Ban Fa [2016] No.12) and the Notice of the Office of the Work Safety Committee of Shanxi Provincial People’s Government on Printing and Distributing the Basic Conditions for the Recovery and Reconstruction of Coal Mines in Shanxi Province (Trial) (Jin An Ban Fa [2019] No.10).
