The results showed that after two doses of tetravalent influenza vaccine from Shanghai Institute of Biological Products were inoculated, the highest serum protection rate against four subtypes of influenza was 98.6%, and the serum antibody protection rate, antibody seroconversion rate and geometric average titer of antibody were significantly higher than half dose, and there was no statistical difference in the incidence of overall adverse reactions.

03. Does anyone want to play?
Considering that different populations are generally susceptible to influenza virus, people over 6 months old who have no contraindications can be vaccinated with influenza vaccine.
Due to factors such as the severity of illness and different outcomes after infection, the Technical Guide for Influenza Vaccination in China (2019-2020) recommends the following seven groups of people as priority vaccination targets:
1) infants aged 6 ~ 23 months;
2) Children aged 2-5;
3) elderly people aged 60 and above;
4) Patients with specific chronic diseases: patients with chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases (except simple hypertension), chronic respiratory diseases, liver and renal insufficiency, hematological diseases, nervous system diseases, neuromuscular dysfunction, metabolic diseases (including diabetes), and those with immunosuppressive diseases or low immune function;
5) medical staff;
6) Family members and caregivers of infants under 6 months old;
7) Pregnant women or women who are going to get pregnant during the flu season.
