It was found by the First Intermediate People’s Court that at the beginning of 2006, he was assigned to the "Xiyong Micro-Power Park Land Acquisition Office" by the Shapingba District Land Acquisition Office to be responsible for the land acquisition and demolition work in Xiyong Town.
