CCTV News:It is the unremitting efforts of generations that have continuously improved the ecological environment in the border areas. At present, the biological population in the border areas of Heilongjiang Province is constantly enriched. There are more than 2,000 species of wild animals and plants in the border areas, more than 80 species of mammals, more than 300 species of birds and 82 species of fish, accounting for 80% of the province.

Follow the reporter along the national highway 331 on the border. On both sides of this road, there are big forests, big wetlands, big lakes, and perhaps beautiful encounters.

Headquarters reporter Wei Wenwen:Damei Border Line enters Dongning, the first stop of Heilongjiang along National Highway 331. There are vast forests on both sides of the road, and there is the king of beasts on the other side of the mountain. This is the habitat of national first-class protected animals, Northeast Tiger, Northeast Leopard, Sika Deer and many other wild animals, and Northeast Tiger and Leopard National Park.

Headquarters reporter Wei Wenwen:After experiencing the roaring forest, we came to Muling, journey to the south, which is the national nature reserve of Taxus cuspidata in Muling, and it is also a large and well-preserved wild Taxus cuspidata community found in China. Taxus chinensis is a species left over from the fourth ice age. It has a history of 2.5 million years on the earth, so it is also known as a living fossil in the plant kingdom. According to the measurement of forestry experts, the oldest yew in this area has exceeded 1200 years.

The beauty of nature, the beauty of ecology and the beauty of primitiveness will always meet with beauty inadvertently on this "drunken" American road 331. Coming to Sanjiang Plain, this fertile soil alluvial by Heilongjiang, Songhua River and Wusuli River is not only an important grain producing area in China, but also a rare freshwater swamp wetland in the world.

In Sanjiang National Nature Reserve, Heilongjiang Province, rivers are criss-crossing, marshes are everywhere, and there are island forests in between, and the original natural state remains intact. There are 20 species of national first-class protected animals such as red-crowned crane, oriental stork and white-tailed sea eagle, 69 species of national second-class protected animals such as swan, white-naped crane, red deer and Mountain hare, and 91 species of various plants.

Great forests, great wetlands, great rivers and lakes, and the 2600-kilometer National Highway 331 in Heilongjiang Province not only string up the road of Xingbian Fumin, but also connect more than 30 scenic spots, outlining the most beautiful "Longjiang Qianli Gallery".
