  According to the circular, according to the national work safety inspection arrangement, all regions and relevant departments have studied and formulated specific implementation plans in light of the actual situation, earnestly carried out self-examination and self-reform, strengthened supervision and law enforcement, strengthened the rectification of hidden dangers, and achieved phased results. According to statistics, by the end of July, 3,191 major hidden dangers were investigated nationwide, and 2,237 were rectified, with a rectification rate of 70.1%; 6,977 serious violations of laws and regulations were cracked down according to law, 1,382 enterprises were closed and banned, 4,362 enterprises were suspended for rectification, 602 licenses were temporarily suspended and revoked, an administrative fine of 140 million yuan was imposed, and 461 people were investigated for criminal responsibility; Through the news media announcement, 130 enterprises were jointly punished for dishonesty, and 58 units and 57 people were ineffective in accountability and exposure.

  The circular pointed out: first, all regions and relevant departments should strengthen their political consciousness and sense of responsibility, and take the major inspection as the primary task of the current work safety.   Fourth, public opinion propaganda needs to be strengthened. In some areas and departments, the publicity is not strong and the momentum is not strong, and all kinds of illegal acts and typical cases have not been publicly exposed, which has not formed an effective deterrent effect. Some regions and departments have not paid enough attention to the submission of major inspection information, and have not assigned a person to be responsible for it.   The circular emphasizes four requirements for the next step: First, strengthen the implementation of tasks and measures.
