In his speech, Hao Peng pointed out that in recent years, the state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in our province have conscientiously implemented the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, solidly promoted the three-year action task of state-owned enterprise reform, achieved new improvements in the overall strength and operating efficiency of state-owned enterprises, and achieved breakthroughs in key links in important fields. Especially since the beginning of this year, we have adhered to the "three-capital linkage" of state-owned, private and foreign capital, taking deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and promoting the integration of central and local development as the key measures. The state-owned enterprises in the province have achieved good results in stabilizing economic operation, deepening reform and innovation, preventing and resolving risks, and helping people’s livelihood to improve, and have made outstanding contributions to Liaoning’s "four major changes."

Hao Peng emphasized that all regions and relevant departments should pay close attention to key links and tasks, promote the deepening and upgrading of state-owned enterprises with high standards and high quality, and ensure tangible results.
