Toyota’s new Crown Sport PHEV model has been launched in the Japanese domestic market, with a starting price of 7,650,000 yen (about 380,000 yuan). Delivery tasks are expected to start before the end of this year or 2024 at the soonest. At the same time, the new car is also expected to be imported into the domestic market next year.
Toyota’s new Crown Sport PHEV model is equipped with a large blackened mesh grille on the front face and split LED headlight sets on both sides. The rear of the car is equipped with a hidden exhaust layout, and a large spoiler is added above the tailgate for a more sporty atmosphere. According to Toyota officials, engineers have added extra support to the chassis to improve rigidity and adjusted the settings of shock absorbers in the adaptive variable suspension system, while the 20-inch ventilated disc and six-piston brake calipers provide stronger braking force. At the same time, the interior of the new car will also be equipped with a multi-function steering wheel with the crown logo, and equipped with LCD digital meters and floating LCD central control screen. The RS model will also be equipped with sports seats and red rear seat belts.
