I. Education field
(A) to consolidate the educational policy exchanges between the Chinese and American governments
1. Continue to implement the cooperation implementation plan of the Chinese and American Ministries of Education.
2. Hold the 2016 China-US Inter-Education Consultation and plan the educational cooperation and exchange projects and activities between the two countries this year.
3. Continue to hold the dialogue between Chinese and American provincial and state education directors, and promote the exchange of educational policies and practices at the provincial and state levels.

41. China Major Sports Association will sign a cooperation agreement with NIKE (China) to jointly promote the exchange of women’s football teams between Chinese and American college students.
42. China Sports Association will hold a "2016 FUSC/CSSF-NBA Campus Basketball Coaches Training Course" in Changsha and Shanghai at the end of June and the beginning of November, respectively.
43. In July, 2016, China Sports Association will send 41 national excellent university sports administrators to study in Notre Dame University for one month.
44. In August, 2016, China Sports Association will organize an all-star team of China University Women’s Football League to visit the United States. China University Sports Association will hold the 5th China-US College Students’ Sports Art Week in November 2016, which will include NCAA regular basketball games (Harvard University and Stanford University competitions), China-US college students’ basketball friendly matches, China-US university sports education summits, education exhibitions and other colorful exchange competitions and art parties.
47. The China Sports Association will hold the China-US College Sports Forum in the United States in early December 2016. At that time, a delegation of nearly 40 people, including provincial and municipal education departments/education committees, university leaders and coaches, will go to the United States for exchanges and discussions.

(5) Support high-level strategic cooperation between educational institutions of the two countries, and promote personnel training and cooperative school-running projects.
49. Continue to support the cooperation between Chinese and American universities in think tanks. In 2016, Peking University will cooperate with Stanford University to hold the China-US University Think Tank Forum; Fudan University will cooperate with the University of California, San Diego to hold the first Sino-American think tank dialogue.
50. Continue to support Tsinghua University and Blackstone Group to carry out "Su Shimin Scholar Project" to cultivate future leaders with outstanding leadership skills and understanding of China’s social culture.
51. Support Yanjing School of Peking University to set up a master’s degree program in China, and build a bridge between China and the world for students all over the world.
52. Support high school affiliated to renmin university of china and the Innovative Talents Education Research Association to set up a "China-US platform for humanities exchange and education cooperation".
